Responsibilities
- Analysis of collections campaign effectiveness and communication channels
- Building and maintaining reporting dashboards (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
- Support for scoring modelling and A/B testing
- Preparation of reports for management and external partners
- Collaboration with IT on CRM data integration
Requirements
- Min. 1–2 years' experience in data analytics
- SQL knowledge (required), Python or R (preferred)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar)
- English B1+ (reading documentation)
