Responsibilities
- Preparation and filing of claims in the e-court system
- Monitoring court and enforcement proceedings
- Collaboration with private enforcement agents
- Legal analysis of credit documentation
- Representing the company before courts (where justified)
Requirements
- Law degree (bachelor's or master's)
- Knowledge of civil law, civil procedure and enforcement law
- Experience in litigation collection preferred
- Knowledge of the e-court system or willingness to learn quickly
