We are currently expanding our IT team and looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer (PHP / Laravel).
This position is for a developer who is interested not only in receiving ready-made tasks, but also in understanding the product logic, proposing technical solutions, and contributing to its development.
Work format: hybrid / remote
Cooperation model: gig contract

AI tools are also part of our development workflow. We use them for coding, analysis, finding solutions, and automating routine tasks.
What You’ll Do
• Develop new internal IT products and enhance existing ones;
• Work across both backend and frontend;
• Implement business logic in Laravel using Controllers, Services, Jobs/Queues, and Events/Listeners;
• Build and enhance REST APIs;
• Work with PostgreSQL, including complex queries, indexes, transactions, and performance optimization;
• Build and improve frontend components and interfaces;
• Integrate products with third-party services and APIs;
• Improve the performance and security of web applications;
• Write clean, clear, and maintainable code;
• Participate in code reviews;
• Contribute to discussions on architecture and technical solutions;
• Work with the product throughout the entire development cycle — from requirements discussions to deployment.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3+ years of commercial experience with PHP;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel;
• Strong knowledge of PHP 8.x and its modern features;
• Experience with Eloquent, Migrations, Queues/Jobs, Events/Listeners, Policies, Form Requests, and Middleware;
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns;
• Strong PostgreSQL skills;
• Experience developing REST APIs and working with OpenAPI/Swagger;
• HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript ES6+;
• Experience with Vue.js or React;
• Experience with Git and an understanding of collaborative development workflows;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of the development workflow.
Nice to Have
• Docker;
• Redis / Laravel Horizon;
• Inertia.js or Livewire;
• CI/CD;
• Python;
• Django / FastAPI.
