Kredyt Kapital is expanding its HR team and looking for a Recruiter who knows how not only to find the right candidates but also to build clear, fast, and professional communication with them — from the first contact through to the completion of the recruitment process.

Recruitment is an important part of our business growth. Our company is growing, evolving, and hiring people across different areas, so this role involves sourcing, candidate assessment, collaboration with hiring managers, and the opportunity to influence how candidates perceive Kredyt Kapital as an employer.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people but values structure and well-organized processes just as much.

🔎 What will you do?

source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels;

conduct phone and online interviews, assessing candidates’ experience, motivation, and fit for the role;

support candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process and ensure clear and timely communication;

collaborate with hiring managers to clarify candidate profiles, priorities, and expectations;

keep candidate information and vacancy statuses up to date;

contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve the candidate experience;

suggest new channels, tools, and approaches whenever you see an opportunity to make the recruitment process more effective.

We are not looking for someone who simply forwards CVs to managers. We want our Recruiter to understand who the business needs and why — and to help find the right match for both sides.

👀 Who are we looking for?

at least 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience;

understanding of modern candidate sourcing channels and recruitment tools;

ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidates effectively;

strong communication skills and a respectful approach to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process;

independence, responsibility, and strong organizational skills;

a proactive mindset — if you see a problem or a better way of doing something, you speak up and suggest a solution;

willingness to work with different vacancy profiles and quickly learn about new areas and industries.

Experience in financial, legal, IT, or other specialized recruitment will be an advantage, as will an interest in modern HR tools and AI.
