Responsibilities
- Phone and written contact with clients with outstanding obligations
- Negotiating repayment and restructuring terms
- Recording call outcomes in the CRM system
- Collaboration with the legal team on escalated cases
- Adherence to company procedures and ethical standards
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, collections or sales (preferred)
- High interpersonal skills and ability to conduct difficult conversations
- Ukrainian language (B2+), Polish language an advantage
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems
